My children love getting BaB critters for a special occasion. This location has friendly staff and a decent selection of toys. Unfortunately, the store is in disrepair. The voice modules and associated computer weren't working when we visited. We also weren't able to print out the birth certificate of the toys we got the kids. Of course, they were able to accept credit card payment though. Like Independence Center, this BaB location has a short time left before it's closed permanently.

It was so cool. Such cute little animals and they stuff them for you. And you can pick out outfits for them. Absolutely adorable 💓💓💓

Everyone I saw at this location was wonderful and so nice. I ordered online and my fluffy friend's voicebox didn't work when it arrived, so I was told to go to my nearest location. They got the voice box changed out, and sewed them back up again quickly, and even went out of their way to make this possible. Very happy! Thank you so much!

My 3 children surprised me with a bear just before they left to go thier separate ways for college and moving abroad to help me with the "Empty nest" depression I was about to face. My bear has all of my children's voices saying "we love you, mom" This is truly the best gift I have ever recieved. I know most people think of build a bear for children, but it's really a thoughtful meaningful gift for anyone.
