The room was clean and spacious! Bed and pillows were super comfy! Our breakfast was delicious--my omelet had the perfect blend of ingredients and the potatoes were right in the sweet spot between crispy and soft. Finally: the staff. Attentive and friendly!

The room was okay except the refrigerator froze everything. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the service staff were great. The only thing that was bad was that only one (of two) elevators was working. We had a long wait each time we used the elevator. Then, one day, the good elevator broke down. The hotel did let us use the service elevator when we had gear to move.

I would like to start by saying, that the staff was amazing, helpful and polite. As far as this being a Hilton Hotel, I was sadly disappointed. If you want to sleep, this isn't the hotel. I can't believe how poorly the walls are insulated. First night, I was woke by the room next to me, by their alarm... for an hour. I was able to hear their complete morning bathroom routine. Second night, same room, different occupant, was able to listen to a complete TV show and their bathroom routine. The hotel had an unpleasant odor, smoke mixed with something. The phone was also broken in my room, the sink never produced warm/hot water, the paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. I didn't get that clean, loving feeling. Lastly, don't spend your $ at the breakfast in the hotel. Walk down the street to the diner, it won't disappoint you!

Thank you to Jody and the staff who made sure that our stay was a pleasant one. We were in town for a funeral and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. They provided a gift bag with a sympathy card in each of our rooms and included breakfast every day of our stay. The rooms were very clean and we could not have asked for anything more. This is a very nice hotel and if I ever need to stay in that area again, this is where I’m staying.
