Why have Expresso Frappachinos on the menu, when they are not made with expresso, but the exact same as Coffee Frappachinos?? When you ask for an expresso Frappuccino with expresso shots, not frap roast that comes in a coffee frap, and they want to charge you for all of the expresso shots. Anything to make a buck and not what the customer wants. Guess this store wants to forgo 2 drinks a day, everyday....

As far as Starbucks goes, it's ok. The location is weird and the drive thru is always backed up but thats not really their fault. I just with the employees were more friendly.

Ordered a coffee traveler with 30 min of advance notice, and it was ready on time! Not only that, but it was generously set up with lots of the “additives.” The customer service was great, too! I’m definitely coming back next time I need a coffee traveler. However, the line at the drive-up window is always long.

All I can say is, I order agave syrup packets at every other Starbucks in America. But this Starbucks doesn't have honey stocked or agave syrup packets. But they're more than willing to charge you for another liquid sweetener. I was very irritated to say the least. Not going back to this one ever! What do I expect? For them to stock the sweeteners which they don't charge extra for!
