Showed up 2 hi rs early getting loaded right away. Plenty of room to turn around so you can sight side back to the dock

I think this company needs a new tape measure. Theses are obviously not 12 x 24 filters. Waste of money.

Ordered custom filters, they took forever to come in and once they finally arrived they were the complete wrong size, not even just a little bit off. The filters had the correct size written on them however if you measure them they are a completely different size from what is labeled and what I ordered. I called the company and they re-ordered them for me saying that they would ensure someone double checks it the second time around. Not only would they not expedite the second order or provide rush shipping, it took just as long, they came in the same size the second time around!! I’ve now been without filters for 2 months. Extremely frustrating and I will be getting a refund. Don’t waste your time with this company!

Ordered Merv 13 filters. What arrived three weeks later are filters of a thin and porous felt. The material is not even attached to the box in several places.
