It was ok not the Wendy's I was use to the food was small and over cooked. Staff was indifferent noone smiled during the time I was there,might have just been a bad day for all. Hopefully when you visit your experience will be better.

The staff working the drive through are so rude. I got yelled at to hold on a minute in the middle of trying to order. I just drove off. I'm just trying to get some food man, I don't want to feel like a massive inconvenience.

Their drive thru service sucked First they have us someone else's food. Then when we got our food the order wasn't exactly how we ordered it. I can't eat the white sauce! So I always order lettuce, tomato, and onion only. Nothing else. Can't be any clearer. But my sandwich had much white sauce that I had to replace my bun with my own bread at home and wash the cheese, sauce, excetera from all of my sandwich ingredients. Plan style sandwiches shouldn't be a problem! Won't be back EVER.

My son likes Wendy's. I have had problems in the past at this location and thought today I would give it a another chance. They have been through many managers over the years that I have been going there and nothing seems to change. Today my son ordered the Asiago chicken ranch. Chicken was dry. He asked for crispy bacon. I ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. My full size chicken sandwich had less bacon (and it was not crispy) then my Jr bacon cheeseburger. I guess I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to another Wendy's because I will never eat at this one again. See pics of the 2 sandwiches. Top is the full size chicken sandwich and bottom is the Jr bacon. Both also had soggy tomatoes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I apologize you were not given the service you deserve. I have no idea on how you would get the owners name,they are protective of owners info being released. Not sure when you visited, but my experience is always 100%.
