Quick Lane at West-Herr Ford

I went to West Herr Quick Lane to get an oil change on Friday night. Jennifer informed me they were out of filters and she would get one for me first thing Saturday morning. She called me at 10 am and told me the part was in. I was there by 11 am and out in no time. Jennifer absolutely went above and beyond to help me. This great customer service is why I’ve been a loyal West Herr customer for 20 years. Thank you Jennifer!!!!!

The tire brand I wanted wasn't available at other local tire outlets, but Toyo also listed West Herr. I called and Dean said they could be ordered and be there next morning. I made the appointment for 1pm to have them put on. This is the first time I have gone for service at West Herr Quick Lane. Dean did say it would take a couple hours, so I was prepared to wait. I missed the call telling me the tires were in and it would be a 5 hour wait! Yikes, as a single senior I had no one to call to pick me up. Jason S was my knight in shining armor... with expediting my order. I was so impressed with the service I will consider going back, once they get more staffing to reduce those wait times.

Been getting service on my mustang from day one (November of 2011 ) at Quick Lane….. great service and a very knowledgeable staff….. I wouldn’t take my care any place else

Can't say much about the guys in the shop they inspected my car it was brand new so , but the front end people at the desk really do make a huge effort to do it right
