They will ruin your tea after waiting for them to make fresh tea. And also gives you the wrong sandwich when ordering. Happened on different occasions. I gave them a shot but they can't get things right. Went back for them to correct and was unwilling to do so

Slow. Always a wait. Cars inline next to me were honking at order board because there was no one taking orders at 1150am. On a week day. 1st window, where you pay, employees fake eyelashes so long they were blowing in the wind along with her hair extensions that looked like a fuzzy dogs toy. Wi-Fi only works if your inside or within 5 feet of building

During the week the crew in the morning (the only time I go) are fast and efficient. The weekends are a little different, slower service without a smile. Maybe just too early in the morning for the younger crew that works weekends

Don't know McDonald's is always about the same you go in 15 people there and two people working

How is it your the only one in the drive-through at 8 o'clock in the morning on Sunday and they still screw your order up

I have very rarely got my order correct the first time at any McDonald's location..I have paid enough attention to the drive thru workers while I am inside ordering to see that they all play to damm much..The managers are just as guilty of playing around..

Seriously? You will sell me an addl fish sandwich for $1 but then you want to sell me tarter sauce for .38 cents. For tarter sauce. Maybe you should worry about the fish being hard and cold or the fries being luke warm and rubbery. HORRIBLE

Huh have not been at this location for awhile guess service has fell off sorry to here that the 23rd st location has been pretty but I have not been there for a couple months

Just went to this McDonalds 30 mins ago spent 20 bucks didn't get half my order fries were cold mustard all over wrapper of the hamburgers what is going on with this McDonald's called to complain and they didn't answer the phone.....

I've had the same problem before... call the 800 number on the bag and report all issues to them so they can improve their customer service... you can also ask for the general manager to call you back or email you...
