Still no taco pizza's. What's up with this? Is it just a fake thing, my sister says to get us there? Waiting to see what happens in this saga. I won't go thru the drive thru until it changes.

Drive thru line was incredibly long so I decided to go inside to order while the rest of my family waited in the car since we wanted it to go anyway. After placing my order through the kiosk, as not a single person ever acknowledged I was even in there. Drive thru, door dash and grubhub are all wonderful conviences when needed but in the process of those conviences, people who actually walk into the establishment are completely forgotten. Had I not been trapped in the drive thru line a few days ago after finally getting close enough to order, just to be told they were out of what I wanted, I probably would've waited in the once again incredibly long line. We waited for probably close to half hour in a drive thru line, we couldn't just leave, with nothing after being told they didn't have what we wanted because there is absolutely no way to leave the line once your in it. So anywho, I go inside this time. Placed my order and waited again. For about 20 minutes this time while drive through was moving right along. Was never acknowledged a single time by anyone, except to ask if I was with door dash, to which I replied no. Waited another 10 minutes and my name was finally called. Go to get my bag and I ask for the mild sauce I had already indicated I wanted when I placed my order just be to told they were out. After waiting all this time the big kicker is........... I was the only one inside ordering and it still took half an hour. Door dash and grubhub orders were filled quickly and lined up on the counter ready to go where they just sat getting all cold and nasty. Thankfully, we don't love Taco Bell enough to do this again. Wait forever in a drive thru line, wait forever in the lobby, get cold nasty food delivered from door dash or grubhub, no thank you!! We will take our business, time and money somewhere else!!

I went through the drive through it was busy mind you so after a long wait I order my food and I order 7 soft tacos no lettuce and some other items no lettuce when I get my receipt it shows only 2 no lettuce not what I said so when I got my order I check it and it all has lettuce my family won't eat lettuce period so I go in and tell them it all has lettuce and it's not supposed to she argues that I never said no lettuce on all 7 that she was listening ok so your saying I'm a liar. No no I said that is not what I said I said 7 soft tacos no lettuce no only 2 without and the receipt showed that the other items were to be without lettuce yet it had it on there so your argument is void and then I go to eat my fries and the cheese is sour cream they purposely messed with my foos and it was their fault that the order was done wrong

WAS IN TACO BELL DRIVE UP,.. ORDERED THAT 12 TACO BOX,.. WITH EXTRA MEAT & 2 SUPREME BEEFY BURRITOS!,.. Okaayy!.. GUYS NO PICTURES 2 SHOW,. I WAS IN MY 2018 F150 SO EVERYBODY WAS EATING INSIDE OF IT ON THE WAY TO OUR EVENT SO I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO TAKE ANY PICTURES SORRY GUYS! BUT THE FOOD WAS GREAT EVERYBODY ENJOYED IT AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS GREAT DAY THAT ENDS THIS OUTING!!.. 🔥😜💯
