I wish that I could give this joking place a negative review. When Popeyes locations are ran correctly the food is great! This one though is horrible. I had to repeat my order to the guy several times and could hear the employees in the background yelling so he couldn’t hear, as I get to the drive through window there was 2 girls in there twerking while putting my chicken in the box and singing loudly over my food in the box like it was a microphone. I have been a loyal Popeyes customer for years but that ends today. I get home and the chicken wasn’t even warm, the fries weren’t even put in the fry container they were just throwed in the bottom of the bag. We spent $65 and the food was trash…. Honest truth, if I was the owner of this place and I pulled up to this mess I would fire everyone.

Your location in Blue Springs MO and Independence MO have both gone down alot in quality and level of service. I will no longer go to either location due to never knowing the quality of food or presentation of food using the drive through. Also, in each location the staff are always bickering amongst themselves which probably contributes to the poor quality of the product you offer.

Large $5 sides of Mac & cheese only half full with a not very fresh look or taste, they were out of alot of menu items as well the shrimp tacklebox had around 8 just shrimp tails with no shrimp very disappointed had family over to eat and had to cook my own mac & cheese sad because it used to be good and the sides were full . To many other Chicken places out there with bigger & better quality and service, you might as well close down because if this is how you treat your drive though customers you won't have customers returning to your location word of mouth & social media will travel fast .

This is the location closest to my house. Usually it runs moderately well. Not great, but serviceable. However, the past two visits have been troublesome. A few weeks ago I went through the drive thru. They were busy inside and out so I didn't hold up the line to go bag-by-bag through the order before driving away (my mistake). When I got home one person's entire order was missing (main, sides, etc). Since I couldn't go back to the store I called in and spoke to someone who said they were a manager. She apologized and took my information along with the details of the missing items and said my info was "in the book" and could be redeemed on my next visit. This past weekend I went into the location. I placed a partial order at the counter and explained that I had items "in the book" that I also wanted to get at that time. The young man asked the manager on duty to finish my order. She was immediately unpleasant (they were clearly short staffed so I gave her the benefit of a bad day and just stayed polite). She pulled out "the book". I gave her my name and the date of the original order. There was nothing. I genuinely saw that there was nothing noted anywhere in the book, she even looked on the sheets before and after the date in question. Nothing. At this point she snapped at the young man who was originally talking my order to "just give her whatever". He didn't immediately hear her, and when he asked her to repeat she snapped back at him that I was lying and she didn't want to deal with it, so just give me whatever. I stayed polite, and even offered to pay for the extra sandwich they made mistakenly thinking it was part of my original missing order, but he said he couldn't let me pay for it. He bagged up my food and I left. I can't say I'll not go back to this location, but from now on I will always be "that patron" who goes through every single bag in my order to make sure it's all in there before driving away.

No they do not.

Very bad service the last couple times.. Very slow, tables was very dirty. I asked for workers to wash them off and no result!!!Restroom could be better...
