I specifically ordered an assembled grill for my husband for Father’s Day, knowing put together it wouldn’t fit in my car. When I went to pick it up and all the grills were assembled. A gentleman named Joe who works there offered to deliver the grill to me in his personal vehicle and then refused any compensation for doing so! Outstanding customer service!!! THANK YOU JOE

Very disappointed today. This store normally gets 4 stars. Attempted to purchase chain link gate. Price on display said $31. At checkout $120. Employee suggestion was to buy $61 gate. At checkout was $110. Decided to buy wood picket gate with display $31. At checkout $49. Manager was called and informed me they were behind on updating prices. Left without purchasing.

Went in to buy a smoker/grill a few days ago. I asked for assistance because I had a couple basic questions. I had to go back to customer service 3 times because no one came to help for nearly 30 minutes. I was actually leaving the store to go back to Home Depot when someone stopped me and asked if I needed help. I asked a few questions and spent over $1,000 on a Pit Boss smoker/grill. I then set up delivery and explained very clearly it would have to be delivered Sunday morning before 10 AM. I was told "no problem." I later received an email that delivery was scheduled for Sunday between 12 and 4. I called back and was told that she could schedule it for 8-10 AM and I would receive a call confirming that. Saturday, I called back because I haven't received a confirmation call and was transferred in circles 3 times for about 30 minutes. I was then told it was scheduled between 12 and 4 on Saturday. Again, I was transferred in circles with no one answering. Long story short, I won't set foot in another Lowes again. I would think someone in the store would have a little more pride in their jobs and have a little respect for customer service.
