Yes but they are the kind you attach to your dog's collar. The vet actually implants the device into your dog. Just depends on how invasive you're going to get with your pup.

Yes. They have a walk-in clinic. I don't believe I've seen prices posted in the store. The people that i know have visited, say it's very reasonable. I believe it would be worth a look.
In Missouri, no one that is not a vet., CAN NOT administer a Rabis vaccination. Only a licensed vet can give them. Not all states do this bit Law in Mo. All other shots can be given by owners if they want. Not the Rabis though. Pd 15.00 each, for mine dogs
