I have rental properties and frequently shop at Habitat. Today, I bought four oven heating elements and 4 refrigerator water filters. The elements were 1$ each and the water filters were 2$ each. What a buy. I also bought a large box of nails for our automatic nailer for only 10$. Paint roller covers and tray liners very reasonably priced. I love this place.

Smallest of the locations in the KC metro, but it is well kept and turns over stock regularly. I have found wood working tools, and hardware at this location. Hours are a little odd based on the other locations. Worth a visit!

Yes. We currently have a set available at the Blue Springs ReStore location. I think it is marked $275. Blue springs opens at 10 am today. You can reach both Independence and Blue Springs locations at 816-886-7374

I'm sure that they do but they are expensive over at this one place in Independence if you go to Front Street Athey probably have a better selection and more to choose from

We do not offer delivery but you do have 3 days from the date of purchase to make arrangements to pick up your items
It is hit and miss. The inventory is donated. You can call each Habitat and ask. They are very nice and happy to help.

Hello Donna, Thanks for thinking of us. You do not need to schedule a time to drop off a donation. You can drop it off during business hours up to 30min before closing. In Independence that would be M-F 9a-4:30p and Sat 9a-2:30p. You can check out our website to make sure your donations are a match for what we are able to accept. Some larger items we are able to pick up if they won't fit in a regular vehicle (if we can sell the items for more than the cost of sending out the truck or if we pick up from several locations in the area to make it cost effective). Pickups do require scheduling. Your donations help to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. Have a great day!
