Hello Donna, Thanks for thinking of us. You do not need to schedule a time to drop off a donation. You can drop it off during business hours up to 30min before closing. In Independence that would be M-F 9a-4:30p and Sat 9a-2:30p. You can check out our website to make sure your donations are a match for what we are able to accept. Some larger items we are able to pick up if they won't fit in a regular vehicle (if we can sell the items for more than the cost of sending out the truck or if we pick up from several locations in the area to make it cost effective). Pickups do require scheduling. Your donations help to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. Have a great day!
I'm about 95% sure you do not have to schedule of you're dropping off. However, if you've got a truckload/trailer full of stuff you may want to give them a heads up.
Not sure call them and ask as far as I know they will come and pick up your stuff!
