Store is great with super nice & always helpful personnel. HOWEVER.... the online experience was a nightmare from He'll. Hard to navigate, hard to go back, didn't nake corrections, everything difficult & I had to redo order several times. And both times I ordered they dud not give me my discounts. Worst online experiences I ever had.

I have brought my dogs to the so called higher end grooming salons around here. Had to keep switching because they either took too long to groom my dogs, the dogs came out looking awful, and sometimes both. Then, I decided to try Petco grooming right around the corner from me. I can't tell you enough how happy I am that I decided this. They actually have a V.I.P. service where they groomed my dog in an hour. One of my dogs gets very antsy the longer she is away from me for grooming, which can make it more difficult for the groomer and her. The groomer Kala, is outstanding!!! She is patient, kind, and is so understanding of my dogs needs. PLUS, she is a phenomenal groomer. Everyone that works there is SO nice and they clearly love dogs. I used to get so stressed out every time I brought my dogs to get groomed. Petco has made it stress free. I cannot recommend them and Kala highly enough!

Really helpful young lady working there. I dont know her name . I believe she was new. She rung me up and got me $10 off of an elevated table with dog bowls It is really helping my blue heeler. If you're reading this and you know who you are. Thank you!! :)

I called the Petco store to place an order for a curbside pickup. I wanted to be sure sure all would go well when a friend picked up my order. I believe the manager's name was Cameron. This has been a few weeks ago. The manager assured me she would make sure things worked well. She was very kind and professional. And she did a great job. Thanks so much !!
