Great customer service. We rented a car for a trip. Picked up the car the day before we left. The morning of our departure the car would not crank. Roadside assistance was sent out to us got the car to crank and told us what was wrong. I called the Hendersonville location being that is where we rented the car from and told them what was up. They told us to bring the car back and they would give us a different car. Switched cars, had a wonderful trip, and upon returning the car was given a discount for the hassle.

Enterprise is the only car rental agency I have ever used, and I have been using the Hendersonville, NC location quite a bit lately. I don't remember all their names, but I want to say Jay and Steffon are the ones that I have dealt with the most, and they have been exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating. Not only do I highly recommend Enterprise, but this location as well.

We had a problem with our personal vehicle while on travel in the vicinity of Hendersonville, NC and had to get a last minute rental car. The 1907 Spartanburg way location was fantastic and able to get us in a truck very last minute that we needed to use in the hills. The entire staff was great and Stefan was especially helpful. Great customer service!
