I called in a carryout. Dylan answered the phone and immediately began giving excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and tried to find us the best deal for what we wanted. He put me on hold to check for coupons for us. The manager (I assume) came to the phone. Her name is Gail. She too gave us excellent service without any issues. Our pizza was perfect even though I had a specialty order. Dylan, clarified the order to make sure it was correct. Pizza also arrived within 30 minutes. Keep up the good work!!! I have used this location maybe 10 times, it's a real hit and miss for this store. Meaning... 1. Talked with an employee about different flavors of bone-in wings and decided with bone less and a pie. With a 30 minute lunch I got my oder and checked it, yes as you guessed bone in. 2. Got a delivery of thin crust... yes, you got it pie cut not squares. 3. Know someone was without cash and was wanting something to eat. Online ordered a sandwich and bread for delivery as a gift and without knowingi did it. 20 minutes later got a call stating, sorry we turned off the oven and not doing delivery tonight. Asked if they can send they order to another location and still get it delivered. Yes, you guessed it, was told it's not there job and they are they only store that delivery to the location in question. 4. July 9th '22 online ordered 10 after 6. Walked in the store to pick it up at 15 after. No driver, cook complaining about missing driver, the cashier pulling food out ou the oven and placing the food all over the place. Then getting confused on which food went to the orders. Two different people got wrong orders. The driver shows up, no bags in hand, and the cook still complaining about the driver, and the phone has been ringing nonstop without being answered. At 630 when the order was to be ready. My order was not even prep yet. Called work let them knew was would be late coming back from 30 break. Asked the driver about my order, she went and started it. The cashier took over, and the cook was getting the orders ready for the driver, whom then started the deliveries. A manager(?) walked in and started making orders. At 640 part of the order was ready I asked where the rest was, yes, you got it in one, the manager just placed it in the oven. I just canceled the order and walked into Dairy Queen and 5 minutes later was leaving to go back to work to 65 mins after leaving for a 30 minute dinner break. So when I say use this location at your own risk, it's because half the time they are right and done correctly but half the time they are wrong and won't even try to fix it. Hopefully corporate and or the location management pull read and try and fix this location. P.s. not holding breath on it.

I ordered a extra large New York style pizza. According to the advertisement on the phone while I waited for someone to pickup. The price was suppose to be 12.99. Also the commercial says you get a $3 tip when you call in a order for pickup. Needless to say I didn't get what I order and got over charged. Order totaled $17.64 for a medium pizza in a large box. 👎
