I was disappointed at 7 pm they were out of the new strawberry frosty and it was only the second day running. I was in the restaurant business for years and I know from personal experience that there's always backup and if there isn't you're not ordering correctly that's just my personal opinion I will try once again to go back for that specific item.

Dude I waited like 25 minutes for my food and it was stone cold. I asked for no salt on my fries and there was so much salt. My mom ordered a large they gave her a small drink and fries, and the cheese sauce that I order every time tasted like they dumped a bag of salt in it, and my sons sprite was orange. This location needs a lot of help, and I feel like none of them care about their job which isn’t okay when your dealing with peoples food.

Been waiting 15 minutes on a chicken sandwich. They handed me my frosty and asked me to pull forward. 15 minutes, no spoon, melted frosty, still waiting. Edited to add, after 20 minutes I went inside and waited for a bit before having to holler to get their attention. They were just hanging out, eating out of the frier basket. Then the manager acted like it wasn't a big deal and it would just be a little longer. So 27 minutes later I walk out with overcooked fries, burned bacon on the sandwich, and a melted frosty waiting in my car. Won't be going there again.
