I have loved this DQ for a decade until July 23rd at 6:30. We ordered 2 chocolate dipped cones. They were fine until the chocolate wad gone, and it was just ice milk. It tasted bad, like it had soured or was spoiled. We threw our cones away without telling the staff. Felt sick for the next 24 hrs. To us it meant inadequate cleaning and poor quality control. Sadly, we won't be back, and we love DQ. It's not worth getting sick again 😪

They allowed us to come in to order just a few minutes before they closed. The young lady at register was excellent, told us not to rush. We were on our way home from Gatlinburg, we were starving, it was almost 10pm they could have told us no but stayed open for us to get dinner. Thank you all again for your exceptional service!!!

I mean it's Dairy Queen so it is good. Don't go to this location if you are in a hurry. The staff is friendly but they are always short staffed and They typically always get my order wrong. Their drive through has been closed forever now.

This location was clean and the employees were very friendly. Food was fresh and you could tell the lady that fixed it made it the way she would've liked it. My husband even said you can feel the love in the food. We were very happy and will go back.
