Very nice staff here but food was not even close to right. Chicken tenders weren’t cooked right, filet was sent back and then still not cooked right. I remember when this place was really good, but they need some serious help in the kitchen. I don’t see this place being in business much longer if the kitchen doesn’t improve drastically.

We had three people in our party, on a Sunday morning around 11:15. Only issue was getting in to park and leaving the restaurant due to traffic. So, not O'Charly's fault. The host at the podium taking names was super nice. The restaurant looked quite full, I was afraid it would take a while but, we were seated fairly quickly. The entrance was clean. Our table had been wiped down however, I did notice food in the floor under our table and some sort of advertisement for specials laying on the floor as well. I assume a young child before us was the culprit, it just looked untidy. Our waiter was spot on with his timing on everything. From bringing two baskets of bread after being seated, refilling the tea, our main course, and finally to the ticket. We couldn't have been happier with our service or the food. He was well dressed and super nice. Cajun noodles and chicken; cajun steak with cajun butter, loaded baked potato, and slaw; southern fried chicken tenders with brown gravy, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. One sweet tea and two waters were our choice for a meal. Our bill was $54 and change before the tip. For the amount of food and great service, it was well worth it! O'Charly's, we don't dine out much these days but if in Hendersonville and hungry we shall see you again. Keep up the great service!

Irish pub with mostly American favorites. They have everything from burgers to ribs, chicken, nachos & a nod to the old world with fish & chips. I have eaten at several locations of this chain & this one had pretty fresh food, great service & clean bathrooms. My husband was not impressed with the steak nachos, which did not resemble the picture on the menu. I very much enjoyed the southern chicken with broccoli & sweet potato. It was very flavorful. Plenty of free parking.

We've been to this location twice. The food is terrible and the service could use some work as well. Everyone at our table thought the food was disgusting. My fish was very overcooked and the rice was soggy and mushy. The broccoli was the only enjoyable thing on the plate and I only got four pieces. The second star I gave was generous. Just avoid this place.
