Lots of full timers. Office was closed at 4 and calling didn't work so we left. There are some nice shady spots next to the river for travelers but no swimming or fishing allowed

My dad lives here and has for a long time kinda old but river property and is an ok place have RV places and travel trailer spaces nice in the summer but close to the train I'm used to it and don't hear the train but might bother others

I think you just by out the home itself, the land is what would be rental. But I don't know about the rv side of everything. Just the mobile home.
