This park is absolutely a joke! My grandparents lived there years and years ago and they regretted it almost immediately. Would not ever recommend to anyone!

This park is a great community for families, you know it's a good place to stay where kids are ACTUALLY outside playing and enjoying themselves. They have a neighborhood watch who have perfectly balanced privacy & concern. Everyone looks out for each other. They also have an indoor pool available year round. The homes here are nice as well, if you're looking for a good starter home this place may be worth looking into further.

Mine is $635 a month. They also charge for water and garbage as well. My average water bill is $58 for a family of 3. The garbage is about $18 a month.

I think it's about $625 plus water and sewage. So usually it turns out to be close to seven seven and a quarter depending on how much water and stuff you use

They do sometimes have a cleaning during the day but post it before hand. They "shock" it to cleanse the hitting & pool. I don't know when they do it but it used to be maybe twice a year.
Approval by management mandatory. I had dogs for 20 years living there, until a neighbor didn't like the newest ones. Eviction notice given after 20 years as a tenant. Had to board my dogs or lose my house. I did not get management approval of dogs, never had before. Never a problem before. Huge problem after new neighbors and two puppies.
