I like this place but the owners of place darning the pandemic raised the space rent 40 dollars. In stead of helping people out we all paid off the water meters they had installed at 40 dollars a month that we all paid off. It makes your space rent even higher if you water your flower beds to keep your yard green it cost you a lot i have lived here sense 2oo6 the rent use to be 395 plus water an garbage paid now it 602 plus water i all. Depends on how much water you use

On site managers are a joke as is upper management I've had a busted water line from under ground for over three months flooded all under mobile home and into street maintenance has seen it but does nothing they are slum lords

My mom owns here home but the trailer park still dictates terms. For example; if she wants to paint her home, she has to choose from a list of pre approved colors.

It is a very low quality park and its infested with rats because of nearby construction!
