Very clean adult neighborhood. Everything was very well kept and orderly. Seems like it'd be a great place to retire.

There are a couple for sale. It is a 55+ park and the fee with water, trash, etc is around $750, I think.

Do you own the property the houses are on. Or rent?

There are no vacant lots in Summer Oaks and the smallest homes are 1250 sq ft double wide manufactured homes. The homes are aged 1995-2004. The smallest homes sell for about $150,000, and the largest about $240,000. Former manager and current resident since 2001

Yes, you are too young. Summer Oaks agreement with its tenants states that homes will not be sold unless at least one buyer has reached age 55. Summer Oaks complies with the federal Housing for Older Peoples Act that allows this form of age discrimination. Former park manager and current resident. since 2001.
