I just came in to service department to ask about my Nissan. The lady didn't even look up from her computer when speaking to me. I told her I thought my car needed my tires balanced or maybe even an alignment (I wasn't sure). I asked how much an alignment was an she said a full alignment was 160. I asked how much for just a front two alignment and she said they don't do that. I guess I kind of expected an offer to diagnose a problem, or ask what kind of vehicle I had, or at least look at me when you talk to me? What happened here?

I love this place. I’ve always been treated so well at the service department. I bought a pre owned car from Robert who was a fantastic sales person. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase and he made a deal that was terrific. Came back this week and Mr. Oz helped me out too! The entire sales force was just so friendly and were truly interested in me as a person not just a buyer. Awesome experience. Plus my car is magnificent!!!

Came in for a test drive of a vehicle I saw online, talked with Jeff and OZ, who were both great. My experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations :) And when I say start to finish, this only took the amount of time it should have, not all day as car buying at other dealerships seem to take. Direct communication, no delays and more than fair price. Thanks !

All I can say is, "Wow!" This Nissan dealership in Eugene is truly great--and I am talking about all aspects of it. In chronological order, this is how my visit to Lithia progressed. Made my first-ever appointment on the phone with Geo, who was very personable and got me right in for servicing to look at why I was hearing strange sounds coming from under the hood of my 2015 Pathfinder Platinum. On the morning of the service appointment I had to leave a voicemail message canceling because of a heavy storm and the fact that I was more than 65 miles away over two-lane country roads. When I phoned back to reschedule, Geo remembered our earlier conversation and scheduled me for his first available aopointment, which I also unexpectedly had to reschedule. Despite these necessary, unexpected cancelations, Geo was kind about it, which I very much appreciated. Upon arrival the morning of my third appointment, I parked in a designated service-area parking space, which was convenient. As I entered the front door of the dealership, I was greeted by Isaac, who escorted me over to Geo's service desk. Geo then checked me in and asked me to forward the emails with my prior service history and 100,000-mile warranty to Jonathan, who would be my service advisor. When I asked whether there was a restaurant within walking distance, Jonathan suggested The Cooler, which turned out to be perfect for a cobb-salad lunch. Upon arriving back at Lithia Nissan after lunch, Jonathan told me that it took his service tech a very short time to diagnose a serious transmission problem, and he'd already obtained approval from my warranty provider to have it fixed free of charge to me, but new parts would have to be ordered while my car waited in the shop. I asked whether he could get me a rental car, and he kindly started checking, later saying that a rental car would be brought over. While waiting for the rental car to arrive, we asked Isaac whether someone could provide a cash-value estimate for my Nissan. Isaac, who had greeted us at the dealership's front door, replied that he was the used car buyer and could do an estimate right away. He went out to look at my Pathfinder, obtained a Car Fax on it, and less than ten or fifteen minutes later brought me a preliminary written estimate based on Kelly Bluebook values. When I asked whether I might receive more as a trade-in, Isaac arranged for Jason, a sales consultant, to come over and talk with me. It so happened that Jason had a used 2020 Armada in inventory and had it brought out for me. I liked it and the fact that it was a Nissan Certified Used Car; so, I asked him to put together some numbers for me. Jason brought me a printed Kelly Bluebook value estimate for my Pathfinder (with a lower value than Isaac had offered) plus a Car Fax for the Armada. After reading over the Car Fax and looking up Kelly Bluebook trade-in values for the Armada, I made a written offer to Jason. He took it over to sales for review, and Kelly came over saying he was the boss. I showed him the Kelly Bluebook trade-in values for the Armada that I'd found online and then told him that the trade-in value needed to be higher for my Pathfinder for me to make a deal on the Armada. Kelly agreed to the trade-in value I offered on my Pathfinder; I agreed to the Armada price offered; and Kelly obtained all the necessary buyer information from me. After a bit of a wait while the contract documents were being drafted, Kelly introduced me to Charbel, the finance manager. I bought an extra 100,000-mile warranty and also a great deal on lifetime oil changes at any Lithia dealership. Charbel obtained good financing for the remaining balance at US Bank. Lithia's service staff totally detailed the Armada while I was signing the papers, and I drove home with the Armada. In the back license plate frame of the Armada is a placard from Lithia Nissan of Eugene: "Fast. Friendly. Fun." The team at Lithia totally hit a home run for service and sales with me. I am awarding them Ten Stars!

What's the difference on price 2018 and 2019

Paul Miller | Aug 25, 2019

The price points of the 2019 models are in line with what we saw in 2018. The difference is Dealer and factory incentives. You can save quite a lot by buying a remaining 18 right now but the selection is slimming as we close out the model year.

Is there a children's area?

David Turetzky | Aug 25, 2019

Yes, they do have a children's area. On a carpet of a town, children can use the blocks and tracks to create, design and play. I think I might have seen coloring items and a small table and chairs to sit on in the waiting lobby.
