I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and I have no complaints. Management is awesome! Friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The few that we’ve had were quickly dealt with. We have great neighbors and the location is perfect, walking distance to Bart and shops. The apartments are beautifully renovated and spacious. Highly recommend!

Summerhill has been a NIGHTMARE since moving here! I DO NOT recommend anyone moving here unless you enjoy noisy inconsiderate neighbors & a staff that seems unconcerned about resident’s complaints & issues. I am so looking forward to the end of my lease! UPDATE: I upgraded my review to 2 stars after I called management AGAIN today about the continuing noise from upstairs & they actually took some action: One of the apartment management team actually came around to look into the situation. If something actually comes of it and progress is made on the noise situation I will give another star bringing the total to 3. Additionally, if the mailbox gets fixed I’ll even give another star(a total of 4!)

Nice location- almost 3 yrs - (stores, mall, bart, groceries & cities nearby) be sure you know what to ask, to know about what your signing for. Jose is a good reliable worker, know what his doing. 👍😎 Just now, before they are not quick to fix things. BUTS: expensive apts. w/ old appliances, trains always passing by early, our bike got stolen (2nd floor), connected near the trailers community so lots of broken fences, machines laundry rooms are mostly broken, barking dogs at night, be sure you got all the impt. telepone#s to call like the security people. Lots of noise in the apt. because once the tenants leaves , they are upgrading so lots of noise if your off from work & staying in your apt. Homeless people can get in& out . Be sure you know those things. Goodluck to all!
