Very careful hearing test with wonderful technician using more sophisticated equipment than anywhere else I've gone over the years. Took the aides she recommended given the kind of loss i have. Very happy with new Resound aides... Techs get no commission, and no incentive to push one brand over another....and you have months to change your mind... And other great perks. Costco is the best. The best. The best.
