I just went there to pick up an item from Letgo so I didn't get a good look at it. It's on a busy street and it's seems like a small park. So it doesn't have any larger park amenities like a swimming pool or locked mail boxes or clubhouse get together. Other than that it seems okay.

I have lived here for many years at Garfield Park and now we have no manager no one cleans the laundry room and some of the tenants are very unruly it has become unpleasant to live here and I am moving
