Don‘t live here, and please hear me out. I would give 0 stars if I could. The star is only because the apartment space is fine. As you know， about half of the residents are going to school at SCAD， including myself. Some of them are only 20 years old and don‘t dare to fight the evil management office： 1. Staff’s attitude is awful. They may look nice when they are giving you the tour. But everything changed after you moved in. Especially Nichole， the white girl at the left office. She always says she hates the residents and gives you a hard time by not solving anything. 2. They always charge you some extra fees. 3. This is our experience： last year, our fridge was broken, and they replaced another old fridge at the leasing office. Until last month， the refrigerator was not functioning again. This time they refused to replace/fix it for us because they said they had replaced a “new” one. Many previous resident already wears out this old and poor-quality apartment. Repairing and replacing things in the room is something they are supposed to do. But they always come up with some tricks to fool you. So we decided to move. Also， Fountain and Walden are the same because the same company managed them. The Mark is also horrible, and they charge you many, many fees each month. If you have a car， go further a little bit, like 2 miles. There is an apartment called Tapestry homes which is probably 100 bucks more per month than Legends, but you will get a ten times better property management system.

I really enjoyed living at this complex. The office staff were always friendly and maintenance responded promptly to my concerns.

We’ve been here for quite some time and we absolutely love being residents here! Kierra is literally the sweetest! She address any concerns immediately and if she doesn’t have an answer for any of my 1000 questions she will definitely follow up! Mark is also the best! He will handle any of our maintenance requests quickly! So glad that we chose to stay here! ❤️

Great transition for me they made sure I was taken care of. Any questions I had was answered with no issues. I’ve felt welcomed since day one.
