Oh my goodness!!!! Where to start!!!!!!!! I lived in those apartments for about three years and have never had an issue!!! I love the staff! They are super friendly and homey, like you’ve known them for a while. Apartments are clean and has double paneled windows (for those who like A low electric bill). It’s right up the street from downtown without all the downtown traffic. All the neighbors I’ve had the pleasure of living near are a great balance of friendly and not too nosey (or noisy lol) for the price it was the best complex I’ve stayed so far!!!!! ::::::Update 05/14/2021:::::: still the best complex I have ever stayed in. The only reason I left was because I thought I was moving out of state but ended up getting another apartment in Savannah. I wish I didn’t. Kingstown has the best maintenance and management crew by far. No pest issues and fully functioning laundry facilities. I would highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 12 out of 5 stars for me.

I've lived there for 4 years and loved it. They kept things clean and any time I had an issue it was handled right away with no problems. I wish they would renovate the kitchen and bathroom but really for the price it's a great place.

This apartment complex staff is amazing. The images you see is just what it looks like or better. Nothing less than what you see on any website. Reasonable prices, along with updated items through out the apartment. Great amount of space to be a one bedroom. It’s all sectioned off, not like other one bedroom apartments seeming like one big room. Many various stores in area with in 5 mins from complex. Very understand staff, with knowledge. Every question I had was answered with great detail. Not to mention this is my first time renting! So I had lots of questions. Beyond pleased!
