The barbecue ribs were very tender and good tasting. The barbecue sauce was very good, so were the bbq beans. The cold slaw was very different, no mayo, had a vinegar / sweet taste, not my type of recipe. The service time was poor, the kitchen staff did not get the order from the register, we waited approximately 20 minutes for our food, only after going to inquire about it, we were served within 5 minutes.

My first time at this place and overall you guys did not disappoint. I was in the mood for bbq and you guys were near me with decent reviews. I struggled between 4 or 5 stars but I think that overall experience was 5 stars. I had the 6 bone rib platter (hindsight 4 ribs would have been enough). In all honesty the sauce seemed to be an afterthought since the ribs were stellar without sauce. The ribs were succulent, tender and juicy. Just the right amount of smoke. Only downside for me personally was that they were a tad bit too salty for me and I love salt. I had the baked beans and jambalaya as my sides. Truth be told, they were stars in their own right. Superior sides that I would order again. While the cornbread was denser than I have experienced, it was tasty. I did like that one side was toasted. The staff was professional and cordial. Overall great experience.
