Well I’ve been using there service for a while now, and I have underlying health issues so when they allowed us to still be seen via the lifesize app during this pandemic, I was very happy that I could be safe in the comfort of my own home. Unfortunately there are now variants, specifically “Delta” that’s affecting more people than before but this “Hope and Healing” facility is now denying us the use of the app to still be seen and get our proper meds. Now you have to go in the office just to talk to a psychiatrist on a screen!! I just don’t get it….why jeopardize those of us who have underlying health issues, vaccinated or not and have us risk our own life when we could still be using the app from home….they made me feel as if my life doesn’t matter. Now I don’t know what to do about my medications because of course, if you aren’t seen then you don’t get your prescription. If there was a way to rate this place lower than one star, then I would! People protect yourself at all cost!! Don’t allow ignorance and lack of compassion from these people cost you your life. I strongly urge you all to seek services elsewhere
