We operate a logistic company that provides critical medical deliveries to hospital and clinics. We have had power here since Tuesday Sept 7th in Kenner 70062 but no phones or internet to communicate. All Cox can say is we are working really hard to get you back up but cannot provide an estimated time of restore. Meanwhile, my competitor down the street with AT&T is fielding all my customer's calls and taking our business!!! I'm done with Cox!! Learn how to communicate with your customers with estimated and accurate restoration times!!
