Great apartment so far! I love whenever we we call mechanic for some issues and they come right after call. And officers here in Baxly and lovely dog Baxly, everyone is amazing. I didn’t realize it while I was living here, but I can tell they have the best management in Savannah.

I have now been here for longer than a year and the experience keeps getting better. The Baxly has been bought out by new management and with new management comes new staff. Brittney and her team, a special shout out to Rakim, Maddy, always help out when I and if Ineed something. Shelby, Ash, and Crystal keep me up and running if I have a maintenance issue which is rare, but I enjoy seeing them around daily. It is more like family then it is like than having staff. The staff sets the Baxly apart from the rest of the other apartment complexes they make you feel like your concerns are their own and they follow through with their action. They do what they say they are going to, which is rare in this day and age. I truly enjoy living here. The neighbors are great and the community is excellent. I even enjoy the all the pets especially "Baxly" himself our little mascot. Great job. Great place to live, great community.

I have been living here for 7 months, and it has been great! It really feels like a community, the leasing office staff is super friendly and helpful. Walking distance from SCAD, which is super useful for my friends and I. There are always fun events going on outside, from food trucks to activity nights.
