Ever since MG came under the new FCA management, it went severely downhill. I normally do not write reviews but I am so frustrated with management that I took it upon myself to write one. I will start by saying that once FCA took over, most of the maintenance crew left. This led to extremely long delays for simple maintenance requests. I have friends who waited 2 months for their dishwasher to be fixed. I had a sink leak that led to a fruit fly infestation that never got solved. It started over a month before my move out date. I couldn't put in a written maintenance request as my resident portal was not working since the new management had a different website (which they never tried to fix), so I would have to constantly walk to the office and call for updates. I work in the healthcare service so it is extremely difficult for me to find time to get in contact with the office within office hours. It wasn't until one of the maintenance men saw how terrible my living conditions were with the infestation that they decided to send pest control. Pest control then put a temporary fix to the problem for which they said it could not be solved until the sink leak was fixed. More than a month went by and still no fix, my move out date was another struggle. I spoke with the manager stating that I left the apartment in the best condition possible other than the the sink issue that was never fixed. He told me that it would not come out of my deposit fee, and even assured me after I moved out (after I called to confirm) that the apartment was in great shape and that my refund would be coming in for at the full amount (minus the last water bill). However, since I moved out my refund check came out for a measly $20. When I called the staff to ask about the problem they told me that I had not left my apartment clean which is simply not true. Every time I call asking for the manager he is now conveniently out of the office. It is hard for me to find time to call the office as I work 6a-7p shifts at the hospital and it is extremely frustrating when I find time to call and the one person who can help me is conveniently out of the office. To finish it off, they sent me another bill to pay for which I have no idea where it came from because I made sure to pay all of my debts prior to moving out. Rent has nearly doubled since new management came into play and that has not been followed up with service. It costs far too much money to live here for the terrible customer service you get. I will not be recommending this complex to anyone!

Recently relocated to a new city but was a resident at Mariner Grove for 2 years. Very convenient to Downtown Savannah!!! Although, our experience with past management was not pleasant, my husband and I were very pleased with the new management team that arrived as we were leaving. Specifically, the assistant manager Robert 'Ar'Jay' Brown was very helpful, effective and attentive to our maintenance needs and our transition to relocate. Thank you Ar'Jay, we truly appreciate your professionalism and for providing us with the best experience we encountered during our time at Mariner Grove!

Property has gone wayyyyyyy downhill within the past months. Buildings are always filthy. Gates stay broken. Valet trash service is not consistent with trash pickup. New management is unprofessional and those in the front office have bad attitudes as if they can't be bothered with tenants.
