From the customer service checking in with Crystal to the lobby, room size and cleanliness of the entire building, this was a very positive experience staying at this location. The decor is a modern style and very tastefully decorated. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

We arrived after long drive from Michigan. Got to our room only to be met with a smell that would make your toes curl. Was informed that there was nothing that could be done, they were full. Didn’t even offer to look for source of smell. I found it by opening the fridge and finding week old watermelon that ate through the plastic bag it was in!!! Front desk didn’t even send someone to clean, we had to. And for all we went through, after a month still haven’t heard from manager after numerous calls to the hotel. Heard they put points on a card, but once again have not seen it. Avoid this place at all costs, not worth it for the service and what they charge.

Hotel is exceptionally clean, fresh and just overall a fantastic hotel. Staff was so friendly! Highly recommended this location!

Very nice property. I love the renovations. However, I had an issue with checking out. When I arrived Friday, the 11-7 desk clerk let me know that as a Gold Elite member I could have a late check out of 1. On Sunday, the rude desk clerk working 7-3 did not want to let me check out that late. I had to rush and get out of the hotel because she was threatening to charge me even though I had a late check out. I think it's because I had a rewards night. If I would've paid full price, then I probably wouldn't even had an issue. So be careful using your rewards at this location.

Hi Randy! Thank you ever so much for your recent inquiry. I regret to inform you that we are not a pet friendly hotel. However, the Candlewood Suites in the University area does accept pets!
