This hotel is very well done and has plenty of food options on site. I had nothing but great service from every employee we ran into. The location in downtown is very convenient to Nascar Hall of Fame and Epicenter. The rooms are very nice and has a fridge. We did use the gym which was probably one of the nicest, most well equipped I've seen in a very long time. There were really only two negatives and they were big ones for us. For one, they do not have a pool. Super bummed about that. The other bummer was there is a night club right across the street and we it is LOUD at night. Made it hard to relax until the music finally got quitter around 10-11pm. Overall, I will give it 5 stars though because food options, a good gym, clean rooms that are well appointed and exceptional service.

Went for wedding that was taking place across the street. Hotel was clean & attractive. Called for more creamer & coffee, it was delivered within 1hr. Valet people were very attentive and quick. Good location if attending any events downtown.

I’m one for great reviews, but this will absolutely not be one of those. Incredibly horrible experience. Management has done nothing to help. Keys to the room didn’t work. I was actually locked out of my room last night and had to stay somewhere else for the night. No help from the front desk or management staff because “it’s not just you this happens to”.. why does that matter? You should fix the issue and accommodate your guests. I will absolutely be reaching out to corporate with the specifics of this horrible experience.

Arrived on the afternoon of 2/6. The valet who greeted us was SO nice! Inside staff was nice as well. There was a sign about how to properly wear a mask on the desk and yet the concierge had hers below her chin. The room was super clean and comfortable. The shower was luxurious. PLENTY of room for two people. The Coco & the Director staff were AWESOME! What a fun creative space. Valet working Monday afternoon when we checked out was not nice. I don’t think he spoke to me at all. Maybe he’s having a bad day. It was cold and rainy so I’m not singing this review for one rude baker.
