The wait at this location is embarrassing and uncalled for. The inability to fill orders in a timely fashion is 100% lost. Whomever owns this locations needs to figure it out. I’ve worked in food for many years and there’s no reason why this store is constantly unable to fill orders. I thought I could get around the 2 hour wait in the drive through by ordering a pick up and scheduling it ahead of time. I scheduled it for 4:45p. I arrived early (4:40p) and went into the lobby. I was promptly kicked out of the lobby because tHe lObBy iSnT oPeN. So now I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes and the only reason the line has moved is because cars are abandoning the line due to the wait, not because people are being helped and their orders filled. It’s 10 minutes past when I should have my food picked up with no hope to ever actually receiving my order. Edit to add: an hour after my arrival is when I received my food and it was incorrect and short a lot of food.

We've always loved Popeye's chicken. No one makes chicken as good as Popeyes! But, this was our first visit since the pandemic and the service was abysmal! We waited in the drive up line for 45 minutes before we even got to the order speaker. All the time, one car was being pulled about every 5-10 minutes. We waited at the order speaker at least 5 minutes before being asked for our order. Once we pulled around to the window, it was another 5 minute wait until we got our food. That's almost an hour in the drive up! Lucky we weren't in a hurry! Funny, we were given an ORDER slip instead of a receipt. We paid cash. I wonder if the franchise even got the money? Who knows? The order was correct and the food was good.

Ordered on the App but still waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, they were out of Spicy chicken so we settled for mild and got home to 10 miniature pieces of chicken. All dried up. Save your money and don’t waste your time. Popeyes is not the same here in Albuquerque. Makes me miss Texas even more!

The cashier was fast, friendly and nice. The chicken sandwich was ok. Was it suppose to be crunchy because it just tasted like it had been sitting there too long. The bread tasted old and the coleslaw was decent.
