I have been a sporadic customer of Men's Wearhouse for 8 or 9 years now, and most of my previous experiences were hit or miss with challenges finding the right suits or pieces and getting the right help. Several times over the last few months, however, I have gone in to purchase various items and worked with a young man named Connor who has consistently gone above and beyond. Each time I've worked with him, he has been quick to help find the right sizes and pair dress shirts and ties, and even helped me track down and overnight a specific pair of shoes for a wedding this last weekend! I will definitely leave you back for more formal wear if for no other reason than the excellent service I received just this last week alone!

Not a good experience. I was in the store for more than an hour on 5/30. Not one employee made eye contact with me or greeted me. I needed clothes for my sons, though, because my daughter was getting married this weekend. We don't have a men's clothing store near where we live and time was running out I took care of my own boys and found what we need sans the correct size pants for one of my kids. Of course, any tailoring would be out of the question due to the time and that was understood. I finally talked to an associate while checking out and dropping more than $600 at your store. Clearly, your store is understaffed, but with the season of weddings, graduations and other events, you need to adjust. But at the minimum, talking to customers should be priority. It's not difficult to tell a customer welcome or we're glad you're here. I dropped a significant amount of money to buy nice clothes and we should have at least been acknowledged.

Not one to normally leave reviews but I was shocked by my experience here. Ordered a custom suit around February 2022 for my wedding. Men’s warehouse says I’ll hear back around April 15, 2022. Perfect sounds good to me. Meanwhile April 15 comes and I am waiting, checking email, looking at missed calls. Nothing. I start calling the store and speak to a few members who all say in short, the suit is not here yet. Problems with shipping, etc, excuse for the suit not being ready yet. May 20 2022 the weekly routine of calling yields no answer of the phones. Keep trying for days, no one answers the phone. I called a near by location and they confirmed my suit has been ready for sometime now. I am shocked to find this out. I call the store to confirm, no one answers EVER. I go to the store location, and they do have the suit, Yeah! Expect, I was blamed for not getting my suit. The team there said they called early April. Ok, maybe I missed there call that is possible? Expect, how come the many people I asked about my status all said the suit was not here yet? Why was there no email or any other action on the stores part? This has been a huge headache. I finally have the suit and sorely let down.

Sales staff was nice, honest and helpful even though they where very busy. The tailor however, was rude and straight up lied to us about how pants should fit. And when we tried to suggest otherwise she just tiled her head up at us and ignored us. Would have been a 5 star otherwise
