Daryl was so helpful and had so much knowledge about the Highlander I was looking into, and ended up purchasing. Jen was extremely helpful in explaining the financial piece of it. Plus, they are both extremely friendly and kind and really don’t seem like they are out to just “sell a car”. Everyone I spoke to during my service appointment at Rodland was friendly, empathetic, informative, and helpful. Special kudos to Carlos who even had a technician come out to explain his findings. They personalized their recommendations for service based on how I use this car. I never felt pressured (which was my experience with my previous service department on our Ford Escape) and I feel that I have a clear understanding of the current and possible future status of this car. The waiting room is very comfortable and spaced for social distancing. I even had the chance to speak to the Rodland rental car staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. I'm sure that we'll be renting one of their new cars in the coming months for a weekend to help us decide what model we'll choose to purchase at Rodland when we are ready.

I was shopping around for a white Rav4 XLE and couldn't find any at any dealerships near me until I stumbled across Rodland Toyota. I worked with Christina Cross and she was AMAZING! She really listened to what I wanted in terms of trim and color and she delivered. She was always available via email or text whenever I had questions and she always answered fairly promptly. I am not a big fan of the dealerships who try and hassle and push you, but Christina was neither of those! She made the process of trading in my old vehicle for this new one super easy.

5 star experience buying an almost new Highlander from Daryl Do Carmo at Rodland Toyota. My car died right before the holidays so visited Rodland Toyota on a fact finding mission to find out how bad the new & used inventory situation really was. Daryl spent some time talking through the current market situation and possible options to replace my 2005 Prius. Daryl is a wealth of knowledge on the market situation and vehicles/options with absolutely no pressure. Returned later in the day with my wife to look at a few options and spent considerable time discussing options and sitting in various vehicles. Again, absolutely no “sales hype” or pressure. Returned the following day for a test drive, more discussion, and to purchase the vehicle. After the sale Daryl spent more time with us making sure we were familiar with the vehicles features, pairing our phones with the car, etc. Overall, can’t say enough about how good the experience was from start to finish and couldn’t imagine how it could have been any better. Hi Donald, and YES we are open for service on Saturdays from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. We also recently extended our week day service hours, to accommodate our customers up to 8:00 pm.

Dealership usually like low milage vehicle. The best thing to do would be to bring it in.

Rodland has a great service department. I've never been disappointed with the clarity of communication from their team. I recommend you reach out by phone.
