Not the friendliest staff working there the guy behind the counter straight in front of the door you walk in not helpful at all I asked about some barbeques on the top shelf and he kinda roll his eyes at me and said what are you talking about so I didn't say another word to him they were 239.00 weber barbecues he didn't sell one to me or at that point I wouldn't have bought one and when me and my girlfriend was leaving the lady says oh just come in for the popcorn huh, no but that ended up being what happened so won't be going back there anytime soon.

Went to Ace to get a file to sharpen my chainsaw. Nice clean store. Everything is easy to find. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They sell high quality products at a pretty high price but worth it for somethings.

I called to speak with someone who might be able to help with a question I had about a stihl pressure washer, which I didn't think was too much to ask, the lady that initially answer the phone was lovely she passed me on to a guy named Don who was very reluctant to want to answer the question I had about the spark plug gap size for my pressure washer, instead he directed me to Google it or to go on YouTube which I told him that I had just been doing for the last 20 minutes and for some reason was unable to find that specific information and also unable to download the full owners manual which I was able to find, anyways he put me on hold without even getting the specific model number of my pressure washer and came back after a minute or two and told me a generic answer but then asked him if he didn't need my specific pressure washer model which he replied to "no". It's not the worst I've ever been treated but it definitely was not very customer friendly Behavior so I thought I might pass on the info. Thanks Don.

Google said they close at 7. Turns out they close at six. The guy who worked didn’t care and rolled his eyes when I mentioned how online their hours are different. So I cancelled my order and bought the pellets from Costco where I will go for now on.
