I have come here many times over the years to buy Makita tools and Hardware with no problems. Always great guys at the counter that help out. Yesterday I bought some hardware I needed from Barry. I get home hoping I’m all set to install the hardware I needed. But found out he sold me the wrong hardware. I call first thing today and he just says “he found the right ones here and to come swap them out.” So I make another trip out there, while having to set up my crew to switch gears, sit in traffic, and have to pay the difference for the mistake he made. Costing me a couple hundred dollars for the mistake. The guy didn’t even apologize. Which brings me to never coming here again.

The customer service today provided by Dorian was ABOVE & BEYOND. Thank you Dorian for caring and making our day just that much easier. My husband is thrilled his beloved table saw will be taken care of.

Best place for construction tools and supplies around. They were better priced here than online, largest selection of makita industrial tools I've seen anywhere and have everything from burk bars, to a tool service center. They were quick and knowledgeable in helping me get what I needed.

This review isnt based off of an in store experience. I need a new toolbelt and was told to go to you but unfortunately I work when you're open and you are closed when I'm off (including weekends). It seems like a massive over site for a store to only be open when its main customer base cant shop there. It's like a water park being closed during the summer.
