Great tour with fantastic hosts, extremely transparent about the history of enslaved people that worked on the house. The ground are incredible and you really get a sense of what early America was like.

Truly enjoyed our tour with Emily this past weekend! She answered all of our numerous questions and I really appreciate the Museum’s ongoing work to highlight the history of Tudor Place’s enslaved and immigrant laborers.

A nice place to walk around and enjoy nature. There are many different plants to enjoy and see. I would recommend bringing bug spray as there are many bugs in the gardens. You can purchase water bottles for a dollar at the office.

$10 for adults. Owner says: The house is shown only by guided tours. That tour comes with a map for a self-guided tour of the gardens. Prices begin at $10 for adults, with lower prices for seniors, military, students, and children. Children aged 5 and under are admitted free, as are Tudor Place members. In the month of February all tours are $1 during Washington Dollar Days. We look forward to your visit! Details here http://www.tudorplace.org/plan-your-visit/tours-topics/
