It's only $10 for adults for the full tour and the gardens, well worth it. If you only want to enjoy the garden it's just $3 admission. The gardens are heavenly too!

Thanks to all of you for helping out with the info! The house is shown only by guided tours. That tour comes with a map for a self-guided tour of the gardens. Prices begin at $10 for adults, with lower prices for seniors, military, students, and children. Children aged 5 and under are admitted free, as are Tudor Place members. In the month of February all tours are $1 during Washington Dollar Days. We look forward to your visit! Details here http://www.tudorplace.org/plan-your-visit/tours-topics/
