I worked as a barista for 3 years and still do not know what the employee did wrong to my latte. There are hundreds of other coffee shops around the neighborhood. Will not be returning.

Yes. Power outlets and wifi. A really great place to work
Amazing coffee. Good food. Hard wooden chairs make a beautiful aesthetic but a challenge for comfort. Regardless, people camp out here for hours on end.
I have gotten hearts and leaves in my lattes. Not sure about a cappuccino since that usually has a thicker foam but they are very skilled so they might be able to.
