I am working on the road and traveling through for a day. I was excited to be near a good cafe and wanted to pick up some bags of coffee to be ground for my coffee maker in my suitcase. The service was horribly rude, snotty, and unhelpful when I asked questions about the drinks or the beans and the $200+ I spent on coffee was ground incorrectly, rendering it useless. I would suggest better training of your employees in coffee education and try to hire people who actually seem like they want to be there/like coffee.

The obese women in the filthy shirt treated us like garbage. Incredibly rude and abrupt. Worst retail experience that I have ever had. We went up the street to venteux and had a great coffee and croissant. Avoid intelligencia like plague

The mocha was superb. One of the best I've had and I've drank a lot of coffee. It appears their largest drink size is 16oz. I typically like to get more coffee, like 24oz. I am not sure if this is always the case but other reviewers here have noted these things about their croissants. The ham and cheese croissant I got barely had any ham and cheese in it at all. Shockingly little ham and cheese to be honest, but it still somehow tasted really good. They also did not offer to heat it up.
