The Capital One team on-site is super helpful for those needing ANY kind of assistance, from banking to turning on study nook lights. The 50% coffee for Capital One customers is an awesome benefit. They are clearly raising the Capital One brand awareness and adding to the goodwill of the community. The reason I removed a star is that they keep shifting their hours. Now they are closing at 4PM everyday, instead of 6 PM, which makes it MUCH less desirable as a social or work destination, as a 4PM close is super early.

Nice quiet place to send out a few emails. Capital One cards gets a discount.

I have a large deposit that I'd like to make and I'm looking at the brick and cafe's that you have to offer in my area and they are all located on the east side of town as if that is where all your customers are. Nothing spread out. Chicago is a BIG city, a large market You have almost 3-4 centers all within 10miles of ea. other but I'll have to drive over 40mi for the closest one. Gee, I may have to take my business elsewhere.

I went here at 1 pm on a Friday. When the cashier finally came to the counter he said he had no more coffee or tea to sell. They had big sign inside saying $1 beverages. they closed at 6pm.. don’t know why they were even open then. Very disappointing. Idk if I will go here again since I have no idea when they have anything to buy.
