I have been in this store 3 times since I moved into the area. My personal experience has been that the person working behind the counter, who I believe to be the owner, is not friendly or personable to customers. I brought in an Amazon return which has a return code. Rather than saying I’m sorry unfortunately we don’t handle Amazon returns with a code he said “we don’t take those”. His demeanor has been the same every time like he’s not happy when a customer walks in. I will not be back. I’ve used many UPS postal locations across Missouri which are small business owned as well. Their employees and staff are personable and professional. I don’t understand how this person stays in business. If I had experienced this one time I would say ok he’s having a bad day but it’s been the same every time. With no other options near me I’ll drive to Belton next time. They’re very professional and personable.

This is the worst shipping ever used. Gave them chance after chance to redeem their ethics, never again. I dropped package off 6/29/2022, items to go for the 4th to my moms. Was told be there next day. Was not. And that Friday looked online since couldn't get any response from calling.( Which now I found odd since the owner had signed for on this date, when it was returned for being damaged). I left message and emailed no call no nothing and went by Saturday with the open sign on by no one there. So I guess was closed. I did talk to fed ex which is who owner used and was told was received by sender on 7/1/2022. And was told have to talk to sender. Someone finally amswered my phone call at 9:05 am on 7/5/2022. Very hateful said they had package hadn't had time to look at call back in an hour. Which I did. And told call back 30 min. I did. Still said hadn't had time, but has had since previous Friday. I ask him to call em back. The owner finally did and said it had been repackage by fed ex. I said what was the damage. He got very rude and I said can you just resend it. He said I would have to pay thr $27. I had also called fed ex before I spoke with him and they said they would never repackage a damage package. To file a claim. I told the owner that he said would set my package outside the building and if I came in the store would call the police. I work over and hour away. So how knows where my package is. If you want your package safely delivered please take to the local post office. Where you will get treated so much better and know you will get your monies worth. I did contact thr city if harrisonville and spoke woth Dainel and also the better buisess buearu. Just read response, nothing else to add sad... LOL! Keep $27 you will need more. I will pray for you. You need help! I did not cuss, you and fed ex said your responsible!You ever sign for last week!What is up with that?Sad! I was scared to come in after my package after how you talked to me and hung up. I finally sent a friend. I thought you might have the gun. For real! I want to go to a safe place and environment like the local post office. Sent something last Saturday and guess what it made it today. Amen! You get what you pay for. Enjoy your $27 last money you ever get from me. And this isn't new management, same people. Just fyi. Done then end.

They really helped us out with printing and faxing some documents. It's nice to have a store like this in town. They really need and deserve the communities support.

I went in with two packages without any shipping labels and the owner was very kind to take the time to walk me through how to get one. He was very patient as it took me awhile, I would definitely recommend!

When it comes to shipping out of the country, we take care of all the paperwork. It is to hard to give a price without having the package on our scales.

You an put your tracking number on Google and it will ask if you want to use either UPS, FedEx or USPS. You pick the service you used and go to the history of the shipment
