Scheduled for an appointment and was confirmed. An hour before it I got a text informing me they needed to reschedule me due to a double booking for that time. I was ok with it, you know mistakes happen, and asked if there was a later time available for the same day. Never heard back even when I texted again to ask to reschedule. Definitely won’t be trying to book again.

I absolutely love the den salon they are always super friendly and super talented. I've been here a few times and I've never left disappointed the environment is very relaxed and professional as well as welcoming and all of the stylist really know what they're doing. I've gone to Dennis three times now and I couldn't be happier every time also my mom had her hair cut by Christopher and she absolutely loved it as well as appreciated all the advice to keep her hair healthier.

Natasha was the best!!! I had a time frame I needed to stick too and she completed my hair cut in that time and didn't perfectly! She was so super friendly. My hair looks great and she gave me great advice to keep my hair healthy. If I wasn't going back to Canada I'd go back to see her every time!

This is seriously the best salon I've ever been to. I've had cuts, colors, and styles from everyone there and all the stylists have done amazing jobs. They do fantastic work with my boyfriend's hair as well. Everyone is friendly and they have great senses of humor. I bring my out of town visitors here and tell everyone I know to go here.
