Staff is extremely short and unhelpful. Unless you have 3,000 to pay up front don’t bother talking to them, because you will leave with a knot in your stomach and wanting to scream!!!! This is not a place to go if you are going through financial hardship.

Mike Iseri is brilliant. They eased my mind. Are super knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic. I’m approaching my inevitable unlawful eviction with confidence. They know their stuff and I really felt like I was heard and understood and it was a brilliant and informative consultation that they went above and beyond to put me at ease. Excellent. Came here at 4:50pm on Friday and door was locked, no answer on the phone. Been trying to get a hold of my attorney for days. Left two voice mails and one e-mail with no response. Had a UD and attorney got me $5,000 to move out in a month and I wouldn't owe back rent. Lamdlord had 7 days to make payment and didn't make it till 10 days. Under contract landlord singed because he was late the case would get dismissed and landlord would owe attorney fee's. Attorney accepted money anyways just so it would be less work for him. Now can't get a hold of attorney or anyone that works at the office.

I walked in asking for help. I was desperate and live in a low income housing. I am disabled with a child. I have been dealing with a in site manager using her authority as a manager to mess with me. It is so bad I do not allow myself to talk to her on a one on one bases because I do not trust her. There is always a witness, I learned my lesson a long time ago. Basta told me there is a lot of on site managers like her and they could do nothing about it. I make indecent reports, film and tape conversations to prove my case. Now I am receiving therapy to cope. She retaliates if I complain. She is a bully.
