Positive: Got this hotel for a large discount and still feel like I overpaid. The house keepers were friendly. That¿s the only good thing I can say. Negative: Outside pool was green out either stay. That was the main reason for going with this hotel. Breakfast was pretty terrible overall. We received 2 towels, 1 bar of soap for our two night stay. Couldn¿t find anyone at the front desk for 2 nights.

STAY AWAY! The photos online of this hotel is a LIE!!! Would give a negative star if possible. Staff was friendly (I'll give you that), but not professional attire that you'd expect from a hotel. Had to immediately leave when we saw the room. It was labeled non-smoking. But the room was covered in smoke stains, the lamps were broken, the maintenance was very poorly done. And the door card key was a pain to get to work. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke. Demanded a full refund and booked at a different hotel. I would suggest the building code enforcement to walk the site, because it was so poorly maintained. Baltimore street alleys look for comfortable to sleep than this place.

It’s a nice clean place to stay and affordable. Housekeeping is a little under three stars because they don’t at least see if someone that staying over needs toiletries or fresh towels wash clause bedding that sort of thing The breakfast is great they have nice fresh fruit and waffles and a nice amount of time for someone that is leaving either early in the morning or late in the morning

Its definitely an older hotel. Stayed 3 nights. First morning our shower did not work at all so we had to get a new room. They did get us one quickly but still annoying. Then they had shuttles going back and forth to Arnold’s. Both days they said it would leave at 8:30am for sure and both days it left early and I missed it (first day it left at 8. Second day I came down at 8:20 and it was already gone 🤯). Could also not get a hold of the driver for a pickup….. Next year for Arnold’s we’ll be staying at a hotel with more reliable shuttle service…. Also when trying to go to sleep every night there was music playing somewhere downstairs (we were on the second floor). Not sure where it was but the bass was loud. Went till 2am at least (I did fall asleep but when I woke up at 2 it was still going). The bed was pretty comfy and it was relatively cheap, these are the only pros. Oh yeah. The staff was very nice and down to earth also.
